Daniela Schelski Appointed Chief People & Culture Manager at HotelPartner Revenue Management. The HR expert will also be responsible for expanding the company’s Employer Branding efforts. With this new appointment, the service provider lays another cornerstone for its expansion strategy.
Drawing from her extensive experience and passion for Human Resources, Daniela Schelski aims to enhance the visibility of the Swiss-based company, now operating across Europe, as an appealing employer while further strengthening its competitiveness. The Swiss professional, guided by the motto “No matter which path you choose, ensure it brings you happiness,” will play a pivotal role at HotelPartner Revenue Management in discovering and, above all, nurturing talents.

Previously, Daniela Schelski served as a Human Resources Manager at the Grand Hotel National AG, a renowned hotel company from Switzerland. There, she demonstrated her skills in employee leadership and talent management. Additionally, she worked as a personnel consultant for the Regional Job Placement Center Sursee in Switzerland and, in the course of her duties, took over the management of the commercial ERFA group for Central Switzerland. The Dipl. HR Manager HF began her career with training as a restaurant specialist. Before taking on HR responsibility for a hotel operator, she held various positions in hotels and restaurants in the DACH region, culminating in overseeing the operations of a luxury hotel.
