Strategic cooperation for the hotel industry of the future: HotelPartner, UNISONO and likeMagic enter partnership
The three partners have set their sights on tackling complex challenges and issues such as revenue assurance and labor shortages through combined efforts.
The collaboration focuses on quality assurance, revenue, and cost optimization. UNISONO Hospitality ensures quality assurance and efficiency enhancement in all back-office tasks, particularly in reservation centers, remote reception, telephone operations, and distribution. Meanwhile, likeMagic’s digital Operations & Guest Experience Platform simplifies and automates operational processes while creating attractive experiences for both guests and staff. HotelPartner Revenue Management complements the partnership by offering revenue maximization and cost optimization solutions to the hospitality sector.
“The expertise and distinct core areas of these three companies complement each other perfectly, opening up hitherto unexplored optimization possibilities for privately-owned hotels and hotel groups with their own brands, in terms of guest satisfaction, profitability, and the successful development of their business models,” says Rainer Willa, CEO of HotelPartner Revenue Management.
“The partnership with UNISONO and HotelPartner is absolutely logical for us,” explains Markus Feller, CEO of likeMagic. “Together, we want to ensure that hoteliers can feel like hosts again. This involves reducing complexity and increasing operational efficiency on one hand, and creating attractive and revenue-generating offers on the other. The qualities and services of the three partners dovetail perfectly.”
Recent years have been a rollercoaster of unpredictable and unparalleled recovery phases, structural changes in the job market, acute labor shortages, and even faster-changing travel and guest behavior. Added to this are complex technical requirements for modern communication tools, IT systems, distribution, IT security, and data protection regulations. The demands on marketing and the challenges facing human resources are also exceptionally high. Through the close collaboration of the three partners, hoteliers now have the opportunity to benefit sustainably and long-term, positioning their operations for a more resilient future.
Urs Grimm, Co-founder of UNISONO Hospitality, adds, “The cooperation of our companies is essentially the answer to the complex challenges of our time. Our offerings complement each other optimally, enabling hotel companies to adapt their operating models to the changing market conditions.”
The three companies will jointly exhibit at ITB in Berlin (Hall 9, Booth 111). The internationally leading tourism trade fair will take place from March 7 to 9, 2023, at the Berlin Exhibition Grounds.
