The portfolio management team is your first point of contact after an initial agreement is put in place and will always be at your side as strategic consultants for your digital room sales. Each portfolio manager monitors a variety of markets and partner hotels to keep an eye on the big picture. Together with you, a revenue management strategy is developed and implemented under our control, while continuously optimized over the course of the partnership. We closely monitor the market, the pick-up and look for the conversation or the discourse to achieve the best possible results together. In addition to the strategic aspects, we actively support your hotel through manual adjustments in the field of daily yield and online sales or with questions about our technical peripheral solutions such as our channel manager or booking engine. We are a trusted person, consultant, revenue manager, source of information and sales expert in one.

Robin Czullay

Chief Portfolio Manager

After having completed his professional training in 2008, Robin pursued his hotel career by going through the steps of reception to reservation management throughout various hotels. Achieving his revenue management certification in 2012 from WIHOGA, Robin then joined HotelPartner in 2014. Under the guidance and training of the HotelPartner industry experts, he was able to learn new and creative ways to redesign revenue management strategies and proceeded to becoming the Chief Portfolio Manager for Europe. It is through his expertise and guidance, that he has become an essential part to the success of many partner hotels and constantly thrives to better the performance of the European portfolio.

Melanie Saliger

Starting her professional hotel career as a hotel receptionist in 2006, Melanie quickly progressed to becoming a Front Office Manager and the assistant general manager of an individual boutique hotel. Joining HotelPartner in 2015, she was immediately placed in charge of an Austrian portfolio and progressed herself to becoming a Chief Portfolio Manager, now supervising all Austrian partner hotels. Having had a key focus on guest experience throughout her previous roles, Melanie excels in strategies on how to attract guests and implement best practices to secure demand from the competition.

Jan M. Reiländer

With over 10 years of industry experience throughout key positions in upscale hotels, Jan lectures for the hotel management school in Hamburg and the DEHOGA Berlin in the field of revenue management. Joining HotelPartner in early 2016 as a Yield / Revenue Analyst and Junior Consultant, Jan quickly progressed to becoming a key senior consultant in 2018. Now in charge of supervising one of our German portfolios in consultation and business process optimization, Jan thrives in optimizing partner performance throughout all of Germany.


Flawless implementation is crucial when implementing technological changes for maximum profitability and automation. Our team of implementation specialists handle the onboarding of all new partners and will implement all related technological changes on your behalf.

Through precise project management and a step-by-step procedure, this department ensures a flawless transition to our systems that will go unnoticed within your daily operations and more importantly towards your guests. They will also support you in any further technological changes you may have during our partnership. Such changes may include a switch in your PMS system or the handling of detachments towards old systems you no longer need. While supporting you in these areas, our implementation team also nurtures the partnership we have towards diverse interface providers through the certification and implementation of newly developed interfaces.

Pascal Ploch

Pascal completed his professional education in 2000, where he started his professional hospitality career as a Front Office Manager throughout various upscale hotels. Continuing his education in 2009, he progressed into revenue management and simultaneously lectured for the hotel management school in Hamburg. Joining HotelPartner in 2013 originally as a “Yield Trader” and Junior Consultant, Pascal quickly progressed into a seniority by becoming the authorized representative for Germany. Through his diverse expertise of process management, business optimization, data warehouse and quality management, he now heads the implementation team of HotelPartner.

Content Management

Our content management team supports you in the processing of your content presentation throughout all your connected online booking platforms. After an initial analysis over your existing content, our dedicated team advices you with best practices to reach the highest level of online visibility for your hotel and implements these changes on your behalf. The content management itself can include images, texts, restriction policies, but more importantly evolves around your platform communication having no discrepancies issues. Additionally, to this service, our team also handles the system maintenance of your hotel within our HotelPartner extranet and acts as the first point of contact towards OTA providers for optimal cooperation and advice to our partners.

Mara de Cillia

Chief Content Manager

Upon completion of her hospitality education in 2011, Mara started her journey as a receptionist and continued to become a sales manager throughout various chain hotels. It was in 2016 that Mara joined HotelPartner as a content manager and since then progressed to becoming the Chief Content Manager through her tactical affinity within the field of content optimization. Through her years of experience in the field of OTA handling, she witnessed the development of a rapidly changing online landscape and is now the lead expert on how to best establish your online visibility while implementing best practices for your hotel.

Through our robust intercultural background and our knowledge obtained throughout various markets, our team is open into looking into any form of partnership that not only brings value to you as hotelier, but to our industry as a whole.

Alexander Fussi

Director of Business Development

Finding his passion for the hospitality industry while growing up in various hotels throughout his childhood, Alexander completed his BBA in Tourism & Hospitality Management in 2013. Pursuing his hospitality career with Hilton Worldwide through a hotel management trainee program, Alexander functioned as an assistance to all HOD´s, the general managers and continued his career with Hilton until 2016. After briefly leaving the hospitality industry and gathering experience in sales, Alexander joined HotelPartner in 2017 and now focuses his efforts on market development, establishing transparent partnerships and oversees various marketing activities of HotelPartner.


Sitting in the heart of Switzerland, our IT team is constantly working on the further development of our proprietary revenue management system. Self-developed in 2006, our revenue management system is currently in the 5th generation and constantly fine-tuned through the daily feedback via our partners and our own industry experts who work with the system on your behalf. Implementing best practices and the newest technological advancements, our IT is dedicated in providing only the highest quality of performance for our partners to profit from.

While on-going development takes a high priority within this department, our IT experts additionally work on establishing highly optimized interfaces between your PMS provider and our revenue management system. Their dedication allows for unbeatable advantages, reaction times and flawless data communication between all parties.

Leander Eyer

Our head of department earned his master’s degree with highest distinction in Computer Science at the swiss federal institute of technology in Lausanne. As a strong believer in lifelong learning, he continued his education with a bachelor’s in business administration and certificates of advanced studies in Big Data and Data Analysis with a focus on Machine Learning.
